Only 1000 of these limited-edition works of art will be created.
Since World War II, the Combat Cross has represented the ultimate sacrifice of the fallen warrior. To raise money for the Texas Capitol Vietnam Monument, 1,000 limited-edition castings of the Combat Cross have been created.
Using the centuries-old “lost wax” process, monument sculptor Duke Sundt has created this bronze sculpture mounted on a granite base. At just $1000, you and your family will admire this museum-quality piece for many decades.
The Combat Cross features an M-16 rifle with a bayonet thrust into the ground, a helmet placed on top, and boots situated at the base. The sculpture is about 10 inches high and 5 inches wide.
